As much as we love kids (especially our sweet nephew Andy), this will be an adults-only evening - time for the parents to have some fun!
What’s the Shuttle sitch?
Shuttle service to Folktale Winery will be provided for everyone, departing from Carmel Plaza. We’ll assign guests into two groups, one leaving at 3:45 and the other leaving at 4:15. Once we have the final guest list, we’ll update everyone with your bus times!
Please note: parking is very limited and Folktale requires that we provide shuttle service for all wedding guests, so please avoid driving : )
What Do We Mean By Black Tie?
Our version of Black Tie calls for your most polished look - tuxedos (preferably) or dark suits for the gentlemen, and evening gowns or elevated cocktail dresses for women. It’s a night to dress to the nines! Ladies, think rich fall colors for dress inspo.

Daytime highs tend to fall between 64°F and 67°F

Ceremony Details
Time: Please arrive to the church by 12:45 PM! Ceremony starts at 1:00 PM sharp. Church doors will close at 1:00 PM; no entry after.
Parking: Church staff will direct you to the back parking lot via Rio Road. We’d recommend carpooling!
Rideshare Drop-off: Uber/Lyft will drop you at the church store parking off Rio Road.
Important: Traffic has been bad in and around town. Make sure to add a buffer and check Google maps.
Post-Ceremony
Ceremony will end at 2pm sharp - you’ll have some free time before the 4pm cocktail reception begins at Folktale. Check our transportation page for more details on getting to Folktale.
